The terms below govern U.S. LawShield® membership offers and benefits, which may vary by state, membership plan, and enrollment method. The General Terms apply to all offers and benefits described on this page. The Voucher Terms apply whenever a voucher is provided. Additional terms in the sections below apply only to the offers or benefits made available to you. The inclusion of an offer or benefit on this page does not mean that it is available to every member or in every state.

General Terms

The benefits described on this page may be made available individually or in any combination to the primary member, an eligible secondary member, or both, as described in the materials through which they are presented, including a participating retailer’s counter card, gun show or event booth materials, the enrollment page accessed through the applicable QR code, or an email or text communication. Benefits and values may differ between primary and secondary members, and a secondary member may receive no benefits. Only the benefits expressly identified in the applicable materials apply. Details of specific benefits, including the benefits and values applicable to each member, eligibility and any applicable enrollment requirements, participating locations or providers, availability periods, and other limitations and conditions, will be disclosed in those materials or in other communications or methods made available to you. Eligible secondary member must live in the same household as the primary member. Eligibility is determined by U.S. LawShield at its sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke, extend, modify, or discontinue offers or benefits at any time without notice, except as required by law. Not all offers or benefits are available in all states or through all participating locations or providers. Void where prohibited by law. Applicable prorated charges may apply. Other restrictions may apply. By using an offer or benefit, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

Voucher Terms 

The following terms apply to any voucher provided under either section below. Voucher value and redemption restrictions may vary by state and the applicable offer or benefit; please refer to the communication in which the voucher was made available or the voucher itself for redeemable value, participating redemption locations, and instructions. A voucher may be used only at the participating retailer, vendor, or partner locations authorized for that voucher. All vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.

Only one voucher per person. Only one voucher per transaction. Nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. No resale, replacements, or refunds, except as required by law. No change or certificate for unused differences can be issued (i.e., no cash back). The actual voucher, whether physical or digital, must be surrendered upon redemption (i.e., when used). If applicable, can be used toward admission; not redeemable for concessions. U.S. LawShield and participating retailer, promoter, or vendor are not responsible if lost, stolen, destroyed, or otherwise compromised or used without your permission. Reproduction, alteration, or tampering is strictly prohibited. Any dispute between the holder of a voucher and a retailer, promoter, or vendor shall be resolved in the sole discretion of U.S. LawShield.

U.S. LawShield is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods or services obtained or purchased using a voucher. You hold harmless, release, and waive any right to pursue U.S. LawShield for any damages whatsoever, direct or indirect, resulting or arising in connection with the use of a voucher and any product or service purchased in connection with a voucher.

Membership Offers 

The following terms apply in addition to the General Terms and Voucher Terms above.

Prospective members who sign up for a new U.S. LawShield membership under the Discover, Explore, Navigate, or Defend plans through a participating retailer, via a valid QR code at a participating gun show or event, or through a valid sign-up link provided in an email or text communication may receive a voucher for use at a participating retailer or vendor.

Whether or not a voucher is offered to either a primary or secondary member, U.S. LawShield may periodically offer a credit for the first 30 days of membership and/or waive the start-up fee for prospective members who sign up for a new Discover, Explore, Navigate, or Defend plan through a participating retailer, via a valid QR code at a participating gun show or event, or through a valid sign-up link provided in an email or text communication. In such cases, the prospective member may have their start-up fee waived, and/or a credit may be applied for the first billing cycle of their membership. Prospective members who also add a secondary member to their U.S. LawShield plan while signing up for a new membership may have the secondary membership start-up fee waived, and/or a credit may be applied for the first billing cycle of the secondary member’s membership. Additional charges for extra coverages or separate products are excluded. Civil Liability Coverage is excluded from such offers. Prospective members who sign up for the Navigate Plan or the Defend Plan with Civil Liability Coverage through this offer will be charged $14.95/month or $175/year for each billing cycle of their membership, as applicable.

Self Defense Training and Educational Benefit 

The following terms apply in addition to the General Terms and Voucher Terms above.

The Self-Defense Training and Educational Benefit (the “Benefit”) may include vouchers, admission to participating gun shows or events, training or educational materials, kits, courses, and/or testing, as identified in the applicable materials. The Benefit may be made available through a participating retailer, a valid QR code at a participating gun show or event, or a valid enrollment link provided in an email, text, or other communication. Benefit not conditioned on signing up for or renewing a U.S. LawShield membership.

Any admission, materials, kits, courses, or testing included in the Benefit are subject to the participating provider’s applicable access, admission, course enrollment, scheduling, and completion requirements. Admission applies only to the participating gun show or event identified in the applicable materials and does not include concessions or purchases from exhibitors or vendors unless expressly stated. Course participation or completion of testing does not guarantee issuance of a license or permit.

In addition to the voucher-related terms above, U.S. LawShield is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods or services obtained through the Benefit. You hold harmless, release, and waive any right to pursue U.S. LawShield for any damages whatsoever, direct or indirect, resulting or arising in connection with use of the Benefit and any product or service obtained or purchased in connection with the Benefit.
