Membership agreements for legal services and benefits are subject to the following conditions: the benefits are not transferable. You must be current on your payment obligation to receive legal services and benefits under the applicable membership agreement(s). It is your sole responsibility to make certain your payment obligation is met. If there is a lapse in payment, you must apply for reinstatement to the respective program(s). The effective date of the legal services is specified in your respective agreement(s), but begins no earlier than the date the first payment is received from you. Unless specifically provided for under the terms of your membership agreement(s), we will not be responsible for any payments incidental to the work of the independent program attorney(s) (e.g., investigative/expert witness fees and court costs).

This is a one-year agreement(s), and the term will automatically renew and extend for 12 months on each anniversary of your signup date. An eligible member with a legacy membership plan who signs up for a new U.S. LawShield® EmergencyShiel™ membership through this promotion will receive an upgrade from such legacy plan to the Loyalty Plan with no change in pricing between the legacy plan and the Loyalty Plan. Any existing secondary member or minor child listed on the legacy membership may also be upgraded to the Loyalty Plan with no change in pricing. A new secondary member may be added to any qualifying plan for $19.95/month or $239.40/year. Any eligible secondary member must be age eighteen (18) or older and live in the same household as the primary member. The secondary member shall be entitled to the same legal services and benefits as the primary member.
